* Final List For August 16 The fresh voter verification exercise for the 2018 elections of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) which commenced on the 8th of August was concluded yesterday, Saturday 11th August. In a statement signed by Secretary of the Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (ECNBA), Bolaji Agoro, the Committee disclosed that it will proceed with the next stages of the election involving the collation and reconciliation of the verified list before its final publication on 16th August, 2018. It also advised that all outstanding issues relating to voters whose phone numbers or email addresses were either flagged or blocked will be resolved during the reconciliation period. The Committee will issue further guidelines and modalities for the regulation of accreditation and voting on the e-voting portal to be deployed for the elections on 19th to 20th August, 2018. It also assured members of its commitment and determination to conduct a free, fair, credible and transparent election.]]>
