NAFDAC CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION, WHEN MAY BE REVOKED

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) may suspend or cancel the registration of a product if the standard of quality, safety or efficacy as prescribed in the registration document previously submitted to the agency is not being complied with.

Where the registration of a product is suspended or cancelled, the Agency shall order its withdrawal from circulation.
