The Head of Service of the Federation, Mrs. Winifred Oyo-Ita, has arrived at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

She had stayed away from the retreat for ministers-designate on Monday and Tuesday.
She was scheduled to make a presentation on Tuesday, but she didn’t turn up, amid speculations earlier on Monday that she had turned in her resignation.
Oyo-Ita is under investigation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission over alleged financial infractions to the tune of N3bn.
She had also not been reporting regularly to duty in the past days on account of being on sick leave.
It’s unclear if she will be part of the inauguration ceremonies for the ministers-designate on Wednesday (today), but she was seen entering the office of the Chief of Staff to the President, Mr. Abba Kyari.
