By Onochiengwu Obuna Esq.

Let me describe what the Nigerian political landscape or territorial abodes look like in a joking manner which is not funny anyway. Am a satirical writer like George Orwell, a Political Realist like Niccolo Machiavelli and a great Philosopher King like Aristotle.

Let’s look for who can save that poor masses who describe the geographical entity called Nigeria as THE ZOO.

At the Arial domain of THE ZOO, most politicians are either kites or vultures. They eat the poor masses either dead or alive without mercy.
(Egbeja na Okpoko-Udene).

On land, most ZOO Politicians act like pack of wild dogs and cats such as jackals, wolves, hyenas, foxes; and jaguars, cheetahs, leopards. They will become extremely selfish and carnivorously devilish in dealing with the masses.
(Abokin Qura.
Enyim Agu).

Meet ZOO POLITICIANS at aboral political level, they must turn everything and all dealings into baboon versus monkey business.
(monkey does the toiling,
baboon does the reaping.
Monkey dey work,
Baboon dey chop.
Suna da Sonkai.
Okpomgbagbara).

Meet most ZOO POLITICIANS at the political subterranean, they must act like swallow masters such as vipers, King Cobras, Anacondas and Pythons. They swallow others hook-line-and-sinker without looking backwards or thinking about the consequences (Onokpos).

At sea level, most ZOO Politicians act like sea lions, crocodiles, sharks and whales.
It is a game of might is right or a game of winer takes it all
(aka ka aka gbajie aka).

The practice of periodic sharing of peanuts inform of palliatives or money to the poor masses in Nigeria during general elections which is a disguised vote buying with a view to manipulate and influence the electoral process is called merchandise politics.

Those who periodically share peanuts inform of palliatives or money to the poor masses in Nigeria during general elections which is a disguised vote buying with a view to manipulate and influence the outcome of the electoral process are called political merchants.

Merchandise politics and political merchants are the bane of the poor masses in Nigeria.

WHO WILL BELL THE CAT?
WHO WILL SAVE THE POOR MASSES IN NIGERIA?

Let’s find honest, humble , capable , competent and God fearing Men and Women to save the poor masses in Nigeria so that all the:

1. Mumu-rious U-turn politicians
2. SUV good for nothing parasites
3. Political job seekers
4. Food is ready politicians
5. Political contractors
6. Merchandise politicians and
7. Political merchants who destroy the poor masses pretending to be truthful in serving the people will soon be disappointed because of the upcoming drastic changes that will happen very in no distant time.

The people of Nigeria should unite and be fully prepared to live above tribalism, ethnicity, culture, religion or faith and rise up against those who destroy our commonwealth and selfishly covert same as their personal inheritance.
