The Liberian Government has approved gratis visa for the all delegates to attend the 2019 Annual African Bar Association Conference to be held at Monrovia, Liberia.
The President of the Liberian National Bar Association had earlier written to the office of the Minister of Justice and Attorney-General of the Federation requesting for Gratis visa in favor of Mr. Hannibal Uwaifo, president, Governing Council of the African Bar Association and delegates to attend the Annual Conference of the African Bar Association to be held at Monrovia from 21st to 24th October, 2019
In response through a letter addressed to Cllr. Taiwan S. Gongloe, President of the Liberian National Bar Association dated September 6, 2019, sighted by TheNigeriaLawyer (TNL), the Commissioner-General of Immigration, Robert W. Baddy, Sr, conveyed the approval as follows:
“We interpose no objection to your request to issue Gratis visas to Non-ECOWAS and Non- African Citizens/Nationals.”
