A reputable commercial law firm located in Lekki is seeking to fill a vacancy for a Senior Associate with expertise in Commercial, Property, and Litigation law. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters and contribute to the firm’s growth and success. Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on commercial, property, and litigation matters
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Collaborate with partners on complex legal matters
• Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional client service

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university
• Minimum of 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in commercial, property, and litigation law
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
• Membership in the Nigerian Bar Association
