A reputable human rights non-governmental organization with offices in Lagos and Abuja is currently seeking highly qualified professionals to fill the positions of Legal Adviser (Two positions in Lagos Office) and Senior Programme Officer (One position in Lagos Office).

For the Legal Adviser role, applicants must have a minimum of 7 years post-call litigation experience and knowledge of the anticorruption and human rights fields. They should demonstrate a strong commitment to human rights, transparency, and accountability, along with excellent legal, analytical, strategic, and communication skills in English. The ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple demands efficiently is crucial, as well as strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within and outside the organization.

The Senior Programme Officer position requires at least 10 years of work experience and knowledge in the anticorruption and human rights fields. Candidates must possess a strong commitment to human rights, transparency, and accountability, and demonstrate excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills in English. The ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple demands efficiently, as well as defend and explain complex issues and positions to staff and advocate on these positions externally, is essential. Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work within and outside the organization are also required.
