- Area of Specialisation: International Environmental Law, Energy Resources Law, Immigration Law Regional Integration Law, International Aviation Law, Internet or Cyberspace Law, International Law of Armed Conflict, International Financial Crimes Law, Diplomatic Consular and State Immunity Laws, International Protection of Human Rights, Private International Law, Public International Law, Law of the Sea, International Institutions, Jurisprudence and Legal Theory
- A candidate for this post should normally possess a good first degree and a doctorate degree in the respective field from a recognized University with at least four (4) years of teaching and research experience since becoming a Lecturer II in a University or comparable institution of higher learning.
- Candidate must also have the ability to teach courses at the undergraduate level with evidence of practical skills and competence.
- Evidence of scholarly publications in reputable journals is also required in addition to ability to supervise post-graduate students in areas of expertise.
- Candidate must have been a Lecturer II for a minimum of three years.
