The Board of the Lawyers In Business (L.B.I) Institute has approved a special 5 percent Christmas discount on plots within its Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme, encouraging investors, particularly legal practitioners, to take advantage of the seasonal offer.

Announcing the initiative, the scheme administrator, Chief Silas E. Agbara, Esq., said the discount applies across all plot sizes and is aimed at supporting home ownership while enabling long-term wealth creation.

Under the new pricing arrangement:

  • 300sqm (Primrose Plot)
    Now ₦23.3 million instead of ₦24.5 million
    Designed for a 3-bedroom duplex convertible to 4 bedrooms, or into a 2-bedroom flat upstairs and a 1-bedroom flat downstairs.
  • 450sqm (Tulip Plot)
    Now ₦30.1 million instead of ₦31.7 million
    Suitable for a 4-bedroom duplex convertible to 5 bedrooms or blocks of flats.
  • 600sqm (Bluebell Plot)
    Now ₦34.5 million instead of ₦36.3 million
    Designed for a 5-bedroom duplex convertible to 6 bedrooms, or blocks of flats, with a 2-bedroom boys’ quarters.

A 50 percent initial deposit — payable in instalments — secures a plot, while the balance can be spread over two years through monthly payments.

Chief Agbara described the scheme as a practical opportunity for professionals to “invest before they spend” this festive period.

Site inspections and further land allocations are scheduled for:

  • Friday, 24 October 2025 — 8am to 10am
  • Saturday, 25 October 2025 — 7am to 10am and 5pm to 7pm
  • Sunday, 26 October 2025 — 5pm to 7pm
