A Legal Practitioner, Kingsley Chime has raised an alarm over the use of his NBA Stamp and Seal by a fake lawyer who he identified as Okoye Chukwuemeka.

In a Facebook post sighted by TheNigeriaLawyer, Chime claimed the said Okoye stole his (Chime’s) identity and has been using same to defraud members of the public by parading himself as a qualified legal practitioner and fraking legal documents.

He described Okoye as a fake legal practitioner and called on the general public to avoid dealing with him as well as pass any useful information about him to relevant authorities for his apprehension.

His statement reads in full;

My attention has been drawn to an illegal and unlawful use of my Nigerian Bar Association’s stamp and Seal by one Mr. Okoye Chukwuemeka Samuel whose photograph appears herein.

The said individual has stolen my identity and has been using same to impersonate me and defraud the unsuspecting members of the public.

Mr. Okoye Chukwuemeka Samuel is a fake legal practitioner, an impersonator, and an identity theft specialist operating with other fraudulent criminal gangs who specialises in stealing the identity of lawyers to defraud the public.

I have nothing to do with him.

Anyone with useful information on how to arrest Mr. Okoye Chukwuemeka Samuel should please report him to the nearest police station or contact me directly.

The general public is hereby advised to desist from dealing with this individual as anyone who deals with him, does so at their own risk.
