Senior lawyers Ibrahim Magaji SAN and Marx Ikongbeh Esq have been named among the last-minute allottees of plots under the Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme in the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) area.

The scheme, which has gained interest among legal professionals, provides a unique opportunity for participants to secure prime land allocations with a structured payment plan. According to the scheme administrators, an account reconciliation process has created a final window for interested individuals to join, provided they complete their entry by midnight on Thursday, February 13, 2025.

To lock in current pricing and avoid an impending increment, participants are required to make a 50% deposit, while the remaining balance can be paid in installments over a two-year period. Additionally, facilitators and agents stand to earn a 5% referral fee for bringing in new participants.

As part of the ongoing engagement, a final site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 3 PM to 7 PM. Interested participants are expected to meet at the VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja, which serves as the temporary entrance to the project site.

Chief Silas E. Agbara Esq, a Senior Associate at M.I Dikko SAN & Associates and Director at Solar For All Ltd, serves as the scheme’s administrator under the Lawyers In Business Institute.
