The Lagos State Judiciary has digitalized its processes and introduced electronic affidavits, Certified True Copy (CTC), Forms and Letters.

These new initiatives were introduced in addition to E-filing and E-probate that have been in operation to provide easier and faster processing of letters of administration and grant of probate.
According to a circular tagged ‘LagosCoMiS, now live as Lagos State Judiciary introduces e-affidavit, CTC and Forms & Letters’, these digital services are now available. The circular also explained how the e-affidavit and other virtual platforms could be created.
The Lagos Judiciary said these initiatives will ensure disputes are resolved fairly and economically by leveraging enabling technology with seamless integration of court processes, structures, and administration.
It has also provided automated case processing, payments, and communication through this online court system to enable various parties to have timely access to pertinent case-related information.
