TheNigerialawyer further recall that Hon Justice Quadri advised the parties to reconcile their differences. Sequel to the advice, the counsel to Kayode Bello had written a letter seeking for reconciliation between both parties, of which a controversy with respect to the applicant’s fixing of time, place and date was raised by the Council which was later addressed by Kayode’s counsel. ]]>
