A Clark of the court made this announcement at about 10:44 am.
According to him, the judgment to be delivered is yet to be printed because the printer is faulty.
Judgement was initially scheduled to commence at 9:00 am.
Meanwhile, Journalists, Senior Advocates as well as parties involved in the case have been in the courtroom long before 9:00 am.
Onnoghen had filed an appeal challenging his conviction by the Code of Conduct tribunal on April 18, 2019
