Jafaar, and the Daily Nigerian Newspaper when asked by the Court to shed more light on the use of the word ‘entities’ in referring to the agents of the Defendants.

The Court also granted the second prayer of the Plaintiff/Applicant for AN ORDER of substituted service on the defendants, and ordered publications in the Daily
Trust Newspapers and Leadership Newspapers as sufficient service to them.

Hearing of the Motion on Notice has been slated for the 6th day of December, 2018.
