Friends and colleagues of Lateef Omoyemi Akangbe, SAN, in Plateau State are set to host a special interactive sit-out session with the senior lawyer on Sunday, April 27, 2025.

The event, themed “Elevate the Bar”, will hold at the Pool Side of Crispan Hotel, Jos, Plateau State, starting at 12 noon.

In a notice circulated to the legal community, the organizers described the sit-out as an opportunity for lawyers to engage informally with Akangbe SAN, exchange ideas, and discuss issues affecting the legal profession and its future.

“Dear distinguished colleagues, Friends of Lateef Omoyemi Akangbe SAN in the Plateau cordially invite lawyers for an interactive sit-out,” the statement read.

The event promises rich discussions in a relaxed setting, continuing Akangbe’s engagements across the country aimed at inspiring and mentoring young and senior lawyers alike.
