The Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) is the professional body of dispute resolution practitioners with the mandate to regulate the practice of Mediation, train prospective dispute resolution practitioners, and encourage organizations and institutions to adopt Mediation and Conciliation as the primary mechanisms for resolving disputes.

The Institute is pleased to announce that she will be formally launching her 5-year Strategic Action Plan, as well as presenting the ICMC Mediation House Project which began in December, 2018
