This course offers 20 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units and is open to both members and non-members of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).

Mediation Advocacy involves the art of representing clients in mediation proceedings by promoting their interests in a collaborative and non-adversarial manner. The course will equip participants with the practical skills to assess disputes, advise clients under pressure, and guide them toward effective settlement solutions.

Participants will also learn how to determine the appropriate mediation models depending on the dispute’s complexity and dynamics.
