*Says No Need For Formal Application

A candidate for the position of the NBA General Secretary, Desmond Yamah Esq has promised if elected to ensure and guarantee a fast and seamless stamps delivery process.

In a statement made available to TheNigeriaLawyer, Yamah remarking on how intended to achieve this, he stated that under his tenure there will be no need for formal applications.

“Lawyers after payment of Bar Practice Fees (BPF) need not apply formally for STAMPS as this causes administrative bottlenecks resulting in avoidable delays.” He promised.

To this effect, Yamah promised that all lawyers will get their Stamps on or before the 31st day of March of every year or a week thereafter for those who pay on 31st March of every year. According to him, this will guarantee a seamless stamps delivery process.

This is one of the plans promised by Yamah, he promised a tech savvy Secretariat amongst many things if elected to the position of the NBA General Secretary.

The NBA National Elections is set to hold on the 16th of July, 2022 electronically.
