Chairman of the Kaduna State Local Government Council Elections Petition Tribunal, Mr A. Y. Musa, Esq has said that he remains in the race of running for the office the General Secretary of the NBA. He made this fact known in a chat with TheNigerialawyer (TNL). According to him, although he is contemplating on withdrawing his intention to run, this can only be done after due consultation with some of his supporters. But at the interim he remains in the race, so he said. TheNigerialawyers (TNL) recalls it had been earlier circulated on social media that Mr. A. Y. Musa, Esq has withdrawn his intention of running for the office of General Secretary after due consultation and also taking into consideration, the ban placed on all campaigns and his inability to go round as it is customary, just so as not to run afoul of the guidelines and step on toes. The report further revealed that he chose to withdraw from the race since his present assignment as Chairman is increasingly time-consuming.]]>
