The Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme has announced a significant price increment of almost 100%, set to take effect on February 7, 2025.

Prospective allottees have just four days left to secure their plots at the current rates before the increase.
The scheme, which has already attracted notable participants such as Mr. Oluokun Adekunle (C/O Chief Ayo Asala, SAN), offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to invest in Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA)-allocated estates in Abuja.
The scheme offers various plot sizes with flexible payment options:
- 300sqm plot built to DPC: ₦15.750 million
- 450sqm plot built to DPC: ₦19.792 million
