The NBA Benin Branch a.k.a the Lion Bar has endorsed the Ogaga Emoghwanre Esq for the position of NBA National Publicity Secretary in the forthcoming NBA elections, ushering the in new National Officers for 2022-2024.
Ogaga who is currently the Publicity Secretary of the Lion Bar was unanimously endorsed by the Branch at the General meeting of the Branch held on 12th June, 2022. This was confirmed by the friends of Ogaga in a notice made available to TheNigeriaLawyer.
Commenting on the significance of the meeting and endorsement, friends of Ogaga described how the endorsement took place: “At the very well-attended meeting, Mr Ogaga was asked to step forward after which the Chairman of the Lion Bar, Pius Idemudia Oiwoh, Esq. asked members present if they were in agreement with the endorsement and his inquiry was met with a thunderous “YES!”.
According to the notice, the endorsement was a confirmation that Ogaga was loved by the Lion Bar and everyone. Friends of Ogaga continued thus: “This endorsement coupled with his nomination by the Chairman of the Lion Bar is proof beyond doubt that Ogaga is greatly loved at home and abroad.”
The meeting was also attended by over 500 members of the Branch and so many senior members of the Bar. A roll call of some notable Bar leaders, past Chairmen and Secretaries present at the meeting reveals the presence of the following:

According to the friends of Ogaga, the endorsement was a statement by the Lion Bar that they resilient and willing to stand together. The notice read in part thus: “The Lion Bar has once again shown their consistent resilience and willingness to stand together for a good cause. This particular act is much appreciated, and like Oliver Twist, we urge all members of the Lion Bar to translate this endorsement to massive votes for Mr Emoghwanre on election day. We believe in Ogaga, and we appreciate you for also believing in him.”
Finally, the friends of Ogaga stated that they trusted Mr. Ogaga Emoghwanre whose faith and trust is on the Almighty God, as he will not let them down when given their mandate.
