So, what’s the deal with insider mediation? Well, essentially it involves having someone on the inside of a dispute help to facilitate a resolution.
This insider could be an employee of one of the parties involved or someone who has close relationships with both sides. The idea is that by having someone who knows the ins and outs of the situation help mediate, they can offer a unique perspective and potentially find a more effective solution than an outsider mediator might.
