Former Senator, Margery Chuba-Okadigbo, Esq., has been listed among the latest allottees in the Lawyers in Business Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme, as the organisers announced that only a few plots remain available under its ongoing ₦1 million discount promo.

The scheme, promoted by Lawyers in Business Initiative, is located in an FCDA-allocated estate in Abuja and is targeted at lawyers, professionals, investors, Nigerians in the diaspora and other interested members of the public.

In a notice issued by the Administrator of the initiative, Chief Silas Agbara, Esq., interested persons were invited to visit the estate site on Friday, June 11, 2026, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and daily within the same time frame until the end of June 2026.

According to the organisers, the temporary entrance and meeting point for the estate inspection is through VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.

Agbara said the project is designed not only as a land-banking opportunity, but also as a practical investment platform for lawyers and other professionals seeking to create long-term income streams through Abuja real estate.

He urged senior lawyers to take advantage of the scheme by acquiring plots and developing them into flats or self-contained apartments that could serve as staff quarters for junior lawyers, while also generating rental income from other units.

According to him, the model could help address accommodation challenges faced by younger lawyers, especially those working in Abuja, while providing property owners with steady returns.

The organisers also stated that persons living outside Abuja or in the diaspora can participate in the scheme by acquiring plots and developing them into rental flats, noting that prospective tenants are already waiting.

The notice further announced a facilitator’s fee of a minimum of ₦1.2 million, representing five percent, for persons who introduce buyers to the scheme.

Agbara emphasised that the opportunity is not limited to lawyers, adding that non-lawyers are also welcome to participate.

He described Abuja real estate as one of the most reliable wealth-building opportunities, urging interested persons to join the ongoing discount promo before the remaining plots are taken.
