The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Hon. Justice John T. Tsoho, has announced the death of Hon. Justice Fatun Odohi Riman of the Federal High Court, Awka Division.

In a notice to all Federal High Court judges dated October 28, 2023, Chief Judge Tsoho stated that Justice Odohi Riman passed away in England in the early hours of Saturday, October 28.
According to the notification, the late judge had been admitted to the Lister Hospital in England on September 8, 2023 before his demise. Further burial information will be communicated later by his family.
Chief Judge Tsoho expressed deep sadness at the loss and prayed for the peaceful repose of Justice Odohi Riman’s soul. He also prayed for God to grant the deceased judge’s family the fortitude to bear the great loss.
The Federal High Court mourns the death of Justice Odohi Riman who served diligently on the bench until his unfortunate passing. He will be fondly remembered and missed by the court.
