*Justice Abang to Warri, Justice Ojukwu to Calabar
*Directs New Judges To Resume on April 12, 2021.

The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Hon. Justice J. T. Tsoho has approved the posting of Judges for the court.

In a circular obtained by TheNigeriaLawyer which was dated the 16th day of March, 2021, and issued by the Chief Judge, titled “LIST OF FEDERAL HIGH COURT JUDGES, THERE PREVIOUS DIVISIONS AND THEIR PRESENT POSTING”; the over seventy [70] Judges of the court were listed, and notified of their new postings to various states of the federation.

Whilst the circular directed all ‘Judges newly appointed to Judicial divisions to assume their duties on the 12th day of April, 2021, the circular also hinted that all Judges should take inventory of all properties of the court
