The Federal Capital Territory High Courts will begin its Annual Vacation on Monday, July 20th

The Chief judge, Justice Ishaq Bello, in a circular made available to TheNigeriaLawyer (TNL), said that the court would resume for the new legal year on Monday September 7th

He said that the directive was in compliance with the provisions of Order 52, Rule 4 (1) of the rules of the High Court.

“In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order 52 Rule 4 of the Rules of this court, I hereby declare that the Court will proceed on Annual Vacation beginning from Monday 20tb July, 2020 to Monday 7th September, 2020.”

According to him, “each Division shall leave behind a vacation judge.”
