Chairman of the Kaduna State Local Government Council Elections Petition Tribunal, Mr A. Y. Musa, Esq has withdrawn his intention to run for the office of the General Secretary of the NBA.

He made this fact known in a chat with TheNigerialawyer (TNL).

According to him, he is withdrawing his intention to run after considering his recent appointment as Chairman of the Kaduna State Local Government Council Elections Petition Tribunal.

The decision was necessary after due consultation with some of his supporters and taken into consideration the fact that his appointment is time-consuming, so it was gathered.

TheNigerialawyer (TNL) recalls that Mr. A.Y. Musa had earlier informed our correspondent that he never withdrew his intention to run for the office of General Secretary. Less than thirty minutes to this affirmation, Mr. Musa made a U-turn and informed TNL that his withdrawal was genuine.
