The Lawyers in Business Institute, under the leadership of Chief Silas E. Agbara, Esq., has announced the extension of its 5% Christmas discount on its mass-housing and land-banking scheme, designed specifically for legal practitioners and subscribers seeking alternate sources of income.

The scheme, promoted by Dr. C. Ibenu and Mi Lord, has already seen the construction of 385 duplexes and foundations, with several units internally converted into flats to generate additional rental income for participating lawyers.

Participants in the scheme can earn a 5% facilitator’s fee by referring new subscribers. Interested parties are encouraged to call or chat via 08060266163 or 090407040950 for enquiries and bookings.

A 50% deposit now secures a plot while shielding subscribers from the scheduled price increment set for March 1, 2026. The balance can be spread over two years in monthly installments, making it accessible to more participants.

Site inspections and allocations are scheduled as follows:

  • Saturday, 17th January 2026: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, 18th January 2026: 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

The temporary entrance and meeting point is through VON/Trademore Estate, Airport Road, Abuja. Subscribers may also schedule inspections at alternative days and times convenient to them.

Chief Agbara, who is a Senior Associate at M.I Dikko SAN & Associates and Secretary of the NBA National Legal Entrepreneurship Committee, emphasized that the initiative is aimed at empowering lawyers by providing both long-term property investments and immediate income opportunities.
