Governor Ugwuanyi who spoke after the swearing-in ceremony at the Government House, Enugu, noted that the exercise was in accordance with the provisions of Section 281 (5) of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria as amended in order not to create a vacuum in that office. He thanked the immediate past acting President of the Court, Justice Christopher Osita Onyia for his service and congratulated Justice Nnamani on his appointment as the acting President of the court for three months with effect from the day of his swearing-in. ]]>
