Former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Lagos Branch, Lateef Omoyemi Akangbe, SAN, FCIArb (UK), has announced his sponsorship of shuttle buses for participants at the 2025 NBA Annual General Conference (AGC) holding in Enugu.

Akangbe said the initiative is part of his commitment to ensuring that this year’s AGC is a smooth, comfortable, and memorable experience for lawyers attending from across the country.

According to him, the shuttle service is designed to provide airport pick-ups, hotel drop-offs, and daily rides to the conference venue. He noted that the effort complements the work of the AGC Planning Committee and the Enugu State Government in creating a seamless conference experience.

“As part of my commitment to making this year’s NBA-AGC 2025 a smooth and memorable experience, I am glad to sponsor shuttle buses to support the efforts of the AGC Planning Committee and the Enugu State Government,” Akangbe said.

He explained that the initiative was carefully thought out to ease stress, minimize cost, and provide comfort for delegates, while allowing participants to focus on the central theme of the conference elevating the bar together.

The NBA Annual General Conference remains the largest gathering of legal practitioners in Africa, drawing thousands of lawyers, thought leaders, and policymakers each year.
