In a bid to strengthen public trust and improve service delivery, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has established a Public Complaints Desk at its Zonal Directorates and Corporate Headquarters.

The initiative, directed by the EFCC’s Executive Chairman, Mr. Ola Olukoyede, aims to bridge the interface gap between the Commission and the general public.

The Public Complaints Desk will be staffed by specially trained officers tasked with receiving and addressing complaints from members of the public regarding all aspects of the Commission’s activities. This move is expected to facilitate quick resolution of public grievances and enhance transparency in the EFCC’s operations.

Mr. Olukoyede encouraged citizens to take advantage of this new platform to express their concerns, assuring that all issues raised will be given due attention. “We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in our operations,” he stated. “The Public Complaints Desk is a testament to our dedication to serving the public interest and upholding the rule of law.”

Members of the public can access the contact details of the Public Complaints Desk through the Commission’s official website and social media platforms. The EFCC urges individuals with complaints or feedback to reach out through these channels, as their input is crucial to improving the Commission’s effectiveness in combating economic and financial crimes.
