This was contained in a public notice issued by the Secretary, Sir (Hon.) Ray O. Akanwa, made available to THENIGERIALAWYER (TNL).

According to the notice, the meeting is scheduled as follows:

Friday, 23/4/21
1. Novelty Football Match between Bayelsa NBA Vs. NBA PH Branch,
Time: 3pm
Venue: Bayelsa State Sports Complex, Yenagoa.

2. Welcome Cocktail Courtesy, CJ Bayelsa State.

3. After Party
Venue: The Penthouse opposite Asuefa Hospital road, Off Bay ridge, Kpansia,
Time: 10pm

Saturday, 24th April, 2021.
1. Breakfast Meeting
Venue: High Court Complex, Yenagoa
Time: 8 am

2. General Meeting,
Time: 11 am

Venue: Customary Court of Appeal, Opp. Bayelsa State Judiciary, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
