*Represented At Eastern Bar Forum Quarterly Meeting by Mr. S. Longwilliams
*Commends Leadership of Forum For Keeping Commitment To Its Vision

The Chairman of the NBA Welfare Committee, Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau has felicitated with the Eastern Bar Forum on it Quarterly Meeting which held on the 3rd and 4th of June, 2022 in Calabar, the Cross River State capital.

Maikyau who was ably represented at the meeting by the immediate past Chairman of the forum, Mr. S. Longwilliams delivered a goodwill mesaage during the Quarterly event.

In his goodwill message sighted by TheNigeriaLawyer, Maikyau stated his delight at always identifying with the forum which he said has become a voice to reckon with in the region, within the Association and Nigeria at large.

He said: “I am always delighted to identify with this great body which has become a strong voice in the region, in our great Association and in the entire Nation.”

According to him the Forum has remained steadfast to its formative goals and objectives, noting that there is a lot to learn from the Association.

According to him, “the EBF has since inception remained devoted to her aims and objectives and has continued to maintain her commitment to the welfare of her members, while providing the platform where partnerships for development at all levels are forged.

Sincerely, there is a lot to emulate from this great body.

I applaud the leadership of the Forum, past and present, for their commitment over the years which have kept the vision burning. I commend the current Governor and members of the Executive Committee for their dedication in steering the affairs of this great body.”

He further congratulated the entire membership of the forum for the successful hosting of the Quarterly Meeting while also wishing the attendees journey mercies back to their various destinations.

“May I also congratulate the entire members of the EBF on the successful hosting of this meeting, while expressing the hope that you will rise here from with fresh resolutions that will improve the wellbeing of members while driving the Forum, as well as our great Association, to greater heights.

Finally, it is my prayer that at the end of the meeting, the good Lord will grant you journey mercies back to your various destinations. I wish you successful deliberations.”
