In Nigeria, the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) shall provide facilities for the broadcast of speeches of the (1) President,
(2) Vice-President,
(3) Ministers of the Federation,
(4) members of the National Assembly,
(5) Governors,
(6) Deputy Governors and
(7) Commissioners of the State.
