The 2nd Annual Business Series with the theme, “Investment In Nigeria’s Telecommunication Media And Technology Market”, which has been fixed for the 20th May, 2019, at the Wheatbaker Hotel, Ikoyi, Lagos is an event aimed at“fostering knowledge on business expertise in Technology Media and Telecommunications (TMT)”.
According to the programme made available to TheNigerialawyer (TNL), registration by attendees is to begin at 8:15 am – 8:45 am.
Adeniyi Duale, Managing Partner, Duale, Ovia and Alex-Adedipe, is expected to give the opening address which is to last from 8:45 am – 9:00 am, while the Keynote Address which is to last from 9:00am – 9:15 am is to be handled by the Former Chief Executive Officer, Diamond Bank Plc, Uzoma Dozie.
The event features three panelist sessions with three different sub-themes which flow from the main theme.
According to the programme of event, “Investment In Mobile Payment And Financial Inclusion”, is the theme for the first panelist session which is to be chaired by Sanyade Okoli (Chief Executive officer, Alpha African Advisory), with panelists such as: Tosin Eniolorunda (Chief Executive officer, Teamapt Limited), Usoro Usoro (General Manager, MTN Mobile Financial Services), Adedeji Olowe (Chief Executive Officer, Trium Networks Limited) and Jay Alabrabra (Co-Founder, Pagatech limited).
The second Session is with the theme, “Technology Investment In Nigeria And The Growing Need For Intellectual Property Protection” (10:00 am – 10:45 am) which is to be chaired by Gbenga Haastrup (Chief Risk and Legal Officer, Interswitch) which panelists such as: Eloh Umeh (Founder, Terragon Group), Odunayo Eweniyi (Co-founder/COO Piggytech Global Limited),Kenneth Obiajulu (Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Farmgate Africa, and Kenneth Muhangi (Partner, KTA Advocates, Uganda), while the last panelist session with the theme, “Nigerian TMT Investors – Opportunities And Investments Emerging Across The TMT Space In Nigeria” which is to be chaired by Dr. Akintoye Akindele (Founder, Synergy Capital Mangers), has panelists such as: Adeniyi Adenubi (Executive Director, VFD Group Plc), Eric Idiahi (Co-Founder, Verod Capital Managemet Limited), Olumide Soyombo (Founder, Bluechip technologies Limited), Maya Horgan Famodu (Partner, Ingressive Capital), and Adetayo Bamiduro (Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Max.NG).
