Yesterday, the section at Marriott Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos, held a hybrid Town Hall Meeting.
The theme of the event was “Justiciability of Chapter 2 of the 1999 Constitution – the need for the Nigerian Judicial System to be more proactive”.
Yamah, in his statement on Tuesday said; “SPIDEL Executive led Dr Ubani and like minds have redefined the concept of ‘Public Interest and Development Law’ through Town Hall Meetings and Conferences in recent times.
He noticed that the emphasis on capacity building through training has deepen the knowledge of the average Nigerian lawyer in various fields of the law.
