The Former Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission, NHRC, Prof. Chidi Odinkalu, has expressed concern regarding proceedings at the Lagos State High Court, Igbosere that was stalled by darkness.
Odinkalu tweeted that the judges could not work on that condition.
