1. Philip Ikeazor, Director, Tideway Advisory Limited & Fmr. MD/CEO Keystone Bank Limited.

2. Fola Akande, Company Secretary/Chief Counsel Mondelez International/Cadbury Nigeria PLC.

3.  Abimbola Ogunbanjo,  President of the National Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, and Managing Partner, Chris Ogunbanjo LP.

The Moderator of the Webinar is the Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Section On Business Law (NBA-SBL), Seni Adio, SAN.

Abridged profiles of the speakers are as follows:

PROFESSOR JAMES TOOLEY holds a PhD from the Institute of Education, University of London, an MSc from the Science Policy Research Unit, University of Sussex, and First Class B.Sc Honours in Logic and Mathematics, also from the University of Sussex.

MR. PHILIP IKEAZOR is a Director and Principal Consultant in Tideway Advisory Limited. He is also a Director in Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Limited, and MetroHealth HMO.

He has held various board positions, including as Managing Director/CEO of Keystone Bank Limited, CEO of Ecobank Kenya Limited, Executive Director Union Bank Nigeria, Director of Union Bank UK Plc, and Director Orient Bank Uganda.

He is an Alumnus of Wharton – CEIBS – IESE Business School Global CEO Program, and attended executive programs at Harvard Business School and Wharton School of Business.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Fellow Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Mr. Ikeazor graduated with a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Buckingham, England.

MRS. FOLA AKANDE joined Cadbury Nigeria Plc as Company Secretary/Chief Counsel West Africa in July 2012.

She received her LL.B (Hons.) degree from the School of Oriental & African Studies (SOAS), University of London.

Further, she holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) from the University of Lagos. Mrs. Akande commands an impressive background in Compliance, Corporate Governance, Commercial and Finance Law.

She has over 30 years of working experience, and prior to joining Cadbury, she had worked at Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited as Company Secretary, Legal Adviser, and Chief Compliance Officer as a pioneer staff for 13 years.

Mrs. Akande is a special member (MCIarb) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and sits on the Board of Cadbury Ghana Limited, and the Governing Board of the Eye Bank for Restoring Sight Nigeria, a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) set up for the purposes of creating awareness on Cornea donation and clinically restoring sight to individuals who suffer from “reversible” blindness as a result of damage to the Cornea.

OTUNBA ABIMBOLA OGUNBANJO is the Managing Partner of one of the leading Commercial Law Firms in Nigeria, Chris Ogunbanjo LP.

Mr. Ogunbanjo is the President of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He specialises in Capital Markets and Corporate Law, and has a brilliant understanding of legal issues in his areas of practice.

He is a former Vice Chairman of the Commercial Law and Taxation Committee of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and served for many years as a Director of ConocoPhillips.

Mr. Ogunbanjo is also a legal advisor of the Nigerian Chamber of Shipping, and an Advisory Board Member for the University of Buckingham Centre for Extractive Studies (UBCEES).
