The Lawyers-In-Business Mass Housing and Land-Banking Scheme has received a significant boost as Chief G.C. Igbokwe, SAN, alongside other senior legal professionals who opted for anonymity, have successfully completed their land allocation process with the Developers Project Consortium (DPC).

The estate, which enjoys full allocation from the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), is also supported by an approved FCDA building plan. A key infrastructure upgrade — the Ketti-Kabusa Expressway linking the estate directly to the Abuja City Centre — was recently commissioned by the FCT Minister, further enhancing accessibility and development prospects.

Issuance of Certificates of Occupancy (C of O) to allottees has commenced, and the estate already boasts a growing residential population. With a standard police post established and over 50 families in residence, the community is fast becoming a secure and habitable enclave for legal professionals and investors.

According to project coordinators, a 50% deposit secures a plot, with flexible payment options allowing the balance to be spread over 24 months. A 15% promotional discount remains valid until June 30, 2025. Referrers are also entitled to a 5% facilitator’s fee.
