Nigerian dancer Iweh Pascal Odinaka, popularly known as Poco Lee, is expected to appear before Snaresbrook Crown Court in the United Kingdom on February 8, 2027, for a plea hearing in the criminal case in which he faces allegations of rape and other sexual offences.

The new date was fixed after proceedings scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, could not go ahead because the charge sheet was unavailable.
Poco Lee had been due before the court for a plea and trial preparation hearing but did not enter a plea following the absence of the charge sheet.
Although the dancer was reportedly not present in court, the proceedings attracted a large number of Nigerians who came to observe the case, with some said to have remained outside because of limited space.
The court has now fixed February 8, 2027, for the plea hearing, while the trial is scheduled to commence on March 8, 2027.
The court had earlier confirmed that Poco Lee was granted bail on September 11.
He faces charges of attempted rape, two counts of rape and two counts of assault by penetration. He had previously been remanded in custody following his arrest in the United Kingdom over the allegations.
The charges remain allegations, and Poco Lee is presumed innocent unless and until found guilty by the court.
In a recent Instagram Live session with social media personality VeryDarkMan, the dancer denied committing the alleged offences and maintained that he was innocent.
“If I did what someone said I did, I would say I am suffering my sins. As I did not do anything, my mind is as pure as anything,” he said.
He also referred to support he said he had received from Burna Boy and Jago, arguing that they would not have associated themselves with him if they believed he was guilty.
