The Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Suleja Branch, Ibrahim Bako has extolled the immediate past president of the Association, Olumide Akpata, for the great innovation he introduced during his administration and his commitment.

This was disclosed in an open letter on Sunday, to the President which he tagged “OLUMIDE AKPATA 2020 TO 2022; AN ERA OF CREATIVITY”.

Dear Olu D.,

My Leader, I have been with you from the beginning of your tenure as your member and towards the end as Chairman of one of the Branches under your dynamic leadership.

I have watched you from a distance until recently when we started interacting on the platform “NBA President and Branch Chairmen”. One thing no one can take away from you is commitment and responsiveness to the needs of our members. I enjoyed every bit of the moment spent with you. You will go down the memory lane as one President who interacted with his footsoldiers at the grassroot more often.

Dear Mr. Olumide, My dear President emeritus and leader, as you bow out, I pray God almighty blesses your future endeavours. You did your best for the Bar and commited your resourcefulness and energy towards a Bold Bar.

I’m glad to be among those who surmounted  this herculean task with you. I therefore wish to reckon with your achievements and clearly state that I am glad to be part of your history. My Leader, you represented a regime of innovation, creativity and responsiveness at all material times. You came, saw and conquered.

President Olumide Akpata you deserved to be consulted on progressive and purposeful leadership. Let me say that though there are little areas of amendment as I observed, the overall results of your stewardship is Excellent A. I’ll in due course channel my communication detailing my personal suggestions to you as my amiable Leader.

Olumide Akpata is a winner and I am glad that I watched the match from 2020 to 2022.
