The Corporate Affairs Commission (Established under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, (CAMA)1990) is set to hold a one day sensitization/enlightenment training for its customers and stakeholders.

In an official invite, the Commission made it known that the training is on the beneficial ownership information disclosure and annual return electronic filing system and expected to hold in both Abuja and Lagos this November.
