Lawyers and other professionals now have an opportunity to secure plots and flats under the Lawyers Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme, led by Chief Sir Osuala Emmanuel Nwagbara Esq. and other industry insiders.

The initiative allows participants to acquire plots already developed to DPC (Development Plan Compliance) standards, which will be converted into blocks of flats for tenants. The scheme is designed to provide both residential and investment opportunities for legal practitioners and professionals.

Participants can secure a plot with 50% deposit, while the balance can be paid over a two-year installment plan. A 15% discount on AGC allocations is available for a limited period, ending in 25 days.

Interested professionals can inspect the sites or make allocations on:

  • Sunday, 7 September 2025: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
