*Says God Has Been So Gracious To This Fellowship

Auta Nyada , has joined other well-wishers in celebrating Christian Lawyers’ Fellowship of Nigeria (CLASFON) at its 40th Anniversary.

Auta, in his statement on Thursday, said the anniversary is a time to appreciation God for his love, kindness and mercies, all through the years.

He said: “As CLASFON turns 40 today, I want to specially thank you for all you’ve done to keep the Christian lawyers community spiritually healthy and truly impactful to the Society.

“God has been so gracious to this fellowship for 40 years and we could not let the time go by without joyfully celebrating God’s faithfulness to His flock; and honoring those who have carried on the torch of leadership this four decades.

“Indeed CLASFON’s anniversary is a time for reflection and an occasion for thanksgiving for God’s steadfast love and kindness upon the Nigerian Lawyer.

“As the fellowship looks back, it should try to learn from its past, trust God for the present and look ahead to a more glorious future.

“The fellowship should not rest on its “laurels” in these past years, neither should it wallow in the mire of regrets of what it has fail to achieve within the said period. But it should rather have in mind that what it does now, is done for the sake of the future generations.

“The fellowship and its members must stay relevant, vital and healthy so that we can like the Biblical injunction enjoins, be “sincere and without offence till the day of Christ” (Phil. 1:10). Shalom!”
