TheNigerialawyer (TNL), gathered that the learned trial judge resolved to confirm the status of the case, whether indeed the Hon Chief Judge approved the application for the matter to be heard as fast-track proceedings pursuant to Order 37 of FCT High Court Civil Procedure Rules 2018, as conveyed to the Court by J.S. Okutepa, SAN, who conducted proceedings with the leave of Chief Ikechukwu Ezechukwu, SAN, who himself, lead Mr Okutepa, SAN, and 10 other legal Practitioners. Speaking with TNL, the claimant confirmed that they have already made moves to effect service of the processes through DHL to the 6th and 7th Defendants, adding that, they have served the 1st to 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 8th to 23rd defendants. They also intimated our correspondent that proof of Service will be ready tomorrow. According to them, the court bailiff will conclude service on the remaining defendants tomorrow, being the 14th day of November 2018.
