Education, Related Skills and Knowledge: Applicants must have at least: 7 years post-call litigation experience and knowledge of the anticorruption and human rights fields; a strong commitment to human rights, transparency and accountability; demonstrated ability to think legally, analytically, strategically and effectively; excellent written and oral communication skills in English; capacity to appropriately plan and prioritize and to manage multiple demand efficiently; ability to defend and explain complex issues and positions to staff and to advocate on these positions externally; and strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within and outside the organization.

A human rights non-governmental organisation based in Lagos is seeking for a suitable person to fill the position of Internal Audit Officer in the accounts department.
Education, Related Skills and Knowledge: Applicant must be Accounting graduate with at least 4 years post NYSC experience. He/She will assist the Head of Finance in ensuring the system of internal control is adequate to achieve management objectives in an efficient and effective manner. He/She will ensure that established procedures are being properly followed, assets are safeguarded and that resources are judiciously utilized, management information is sound and adequate, risk management and analysis frameworks including those of partners are developed and enhanced. The applicant must also possess knowledge and experience in identifying the financial risks of the organisation, detecting and preventing financial and operational risks and making recommendations to reduce risk.
