When it rains, roofs leak like sieves. The wooden beams and rafters are rotten and the floors are now like rice paddies. “But for want of viable alternatives, some of the halls ought to have fallen into desuetude for they are disasters waiting to happen. “The state CJ is not omnipresent and we sincerely believe that reports of this situation have not been brought to his notice.”]]>
