The Council of Legal Education gas taken down the list of approved Faculties of Law which it had earlier posted on its website.
Recall that TheNigeriaLawyer on the 23rd of April had posted a list of Faculties approved by the Council from which admission can be gotten for the one-year Law School Program.
The list had been signed by the Secretary of the Council and the Director of Administration.
However, the list was greeted with a flurry of enquiries and apprehension from students, parents and guardians across the country as they questioned the visible absence of some Faculties of Law which had been approved by the Council to carryout a law program, has been taken down this afternoon.
A notice on the Council’s website read, “The list that contains the names of approved law faculties has been withdrawn. A new list in being compiled.”
As at the time of filing this report, no official statement has been gotten from the Law School authority on the development.
