Sir Chuks Adiukwu, SAN, of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Lagos Branch, recently visited the FCDA-allocated estate under the Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme.
He commended the team’s successful efforts in providing affordable housing and establishing a credible investment platform for all participants.
The scheme’s board has approved the release of 15 plots of various sizes at the original price, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Issuance of Certificates of Occupancy (C.of.O) to allottees by the Federal Capital Territory Minister has commenced, marking a significant milestone for the project.
Interested parties are invited to join or send representatives for inspection and allocation today, Saturday, 5th July 2025, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and tomorrow, Sunday, 6th July 2025, from 4:00 pm till 7:00 pm.
